The VIKS Pump-over Fermenter (with Spoon Bottom) is a stainless steel vessel designed for winemaking applications. The unit, which was manufactured in 2009, is in good condition and includes a guillotine door for easy access, a cooling jacket for temperature control, three legs for stability (one with an adjustable footpad); and among other things a scaled level indicator, a ladder rack and lifting lugs.
