Forklift Transport Tank

The forklift transport tank is a vessel designed to be easily maneuverable with a forklift. Unlike other tanks that sit on legs, this vessel has a thick, sturdy “skirt” with 2 slots for the lifting forks.

Normally it is a variable capacity tank with a floating, air-sealed lid, and an optional lifting arm. The forklift skirt can be attached to any other tank of your choosing.

Durable, high-quality materials enable the forklift transport tank to stay in pristine condition, even after years of professional usage.

AISI 304

The forklift transport tank is made out of AISI 304 quality stainless steel. An upgrade to AISI 316L stainless steel is available for high-corrosion environments.

Marbled Finish

A high-polish, marbled finish is applied to the outside of the tank. Matte and Scotch Brite finishes are also available upon request. The inside is BA (IIId) polished.

Conical Eccentric Bottom

The forklift transport tank comes with a conical eccentric press-molded bottom by default. Other bottom shapes are available upon request.

Forklift Skirt

A special bottom cover with two slots is installed on the forklift transport tank. The bottom is reinforced, enabling easy transport of the tank with a forklift.

Forklift Skirt

The tank comes equipped with a special "forklift skirt" bottom. The skirt has 2 slots for a lifting fork that enables easy maneuvering around the cellar with a forklift.

Dimple Jacket

A dimple jacket is a thin, spotted shell that regulates tank temperatures with the help of a cooling/heating medium such as glycol. They are made of light-weight materials and spot-welded for minimal additional weight.

Stacking Technology

Make smart use of your limited cellar space by stacking tanks on top of each other. Stacking allows you to reorganize your production line and make it more efficient than ever.

Variable Capacity

The floating lid can achieve an air-tight seal at any volume - making the variable capacity tank the perfect fit for small and growing wineries.

Lifting Arm

Maneuvering the floating lid is easy thanks to the built-in lifting arm. A hand-operated winch is available as an option to make it even easier.

Ready to simplify your processing?

Let us help you. Describe your needs as best you can with the help of the form below. Our friendly staff will contact you with helpful suggestions and describe the next steps.

1) You order a tank.

You receive our quote and decide whether you want to change it. If you're satisfied, we move onto the design and engineering phase.

2) We design it.

You give us inputs based on the drawings we send you. It is an iterative process and we only stop when you're 100% satisfied.

3) You approve the plans.

You sign the final version of the drawing and email it to us. We then schedule the tank for manufacture. You still have some time for making small changes.

4) We manufacture it.

Your final tank design enters the production line. It is assembled from high-grade stainless steel using advanced welding techniques.

5) You take delivery.

Your tank is shipped out to you, including a manual and proper maintenance guide. We'll always be there for you to provide assistance.
